S. Robert White Jr. CEO and Founder

S. Robert White, Jr. began his professional career as a licensed investment advisor in 2000, leaving the industry in 2008 as Vice President at ONB Bank and Trust Company. In 2003, he was appointed to the Board of Managers, the first aerospace and defense firm owned by his Native American Tribe.

In 2008, Robert moved to Houston, Texas where he began the Tribe’s second aerospace and defense firm where he served as President/CEO until November 2018. Soon after the firm’s incorporation, Robert successfully led the company to becoming 8(a) Certified through the Small Business Administration. During his tenure, Robert grew the company to average revenue of $16.3M and 88 employees with locations in 7 states.

Robert has almost 20 years of combined professional leadership in the financial and federal contracting industries since graduating from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Marketing.

As an enrolled member of his Native American Tribe, Robert was elected Vice President of the Tribe and served two years. He was then elected Treasurer and served in this capacity for a full term of four years.

In addition, Robert has served in other volunteer roles such as Tulsa County Child Abuse Network Board, Oklahoma National Guard, Leadership Midwest City class 2003, American Heart Association, and Oklahoma Special Olympics. He holds an active Real Estate license with the State of Texas.

J. Kenn Hall Manager

Kenn Hall has been with Anadarko Industries since its operational doors opened in 2005, and became the President/CEO in 2016. He has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s operational performance and providing the business strategy to sustain as a $25M/year company for over a decade.

Kenn has over 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries. In the early ‘90’s, he worked as a Project Engineer/Manager at NASA JSC concluding managing the Space Vehicle and Mockup Facility (SVMF). In the late ‘90’s, he worked in the Energy Industry with Ernst and Young as a Management Consultant leading process improvement activities and implementing IT e-commerce solutions. Kenn then returned to the government services arena to lead AI’s technical operations in IT, engineering, safety and logistics supporting NASA, DoD and USDA.

Kenn attended Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering in 1991. He also attended Rice University and earned an MBA in 1999. He was recently appointed to the A&M Aerospace Engineering External Advisory Board.

After “retiring” from coaching youth sports for 10 years, Kenn and his wife Melissa now enjoy watching their son play high school lacrosse, volunteering on high school booster clubs, attending Aggie sporting events, and supporting youth activities at the Friendswood United Methodist Church.

Mr. White is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. John has over fifteen years of experience in construction project management, pre-construction services and business development. He was born and raised in Stillwater, OK and moved to Tulsa, OK after graduating in 2004 and is with the firm Silo Design Build. John is an enrolled Native American Tribal member as well as serving on the Board of Managers to the Tribes aerospace and defense firm for over 10 years.

He and his wife, Amanda, enjoy splitting their time between Broken Arrow, OK and Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees. John is proud to be associated with Leadership Tulsa and actively serves on the board of the Humane Society of Tulsa as well as other community organizations.
